01. Broken Bow, Part 1 2001-09-26 After a Klingon crash-lands on Earth, the crew of the S.S. Enterprise under the command of Captian Jonathan Archer try to return the injured alien to his homeworld.
02. Broken Bow, Part 2 2001-09-26 The Enterprise makes its way to Qo'noS, the Klingon homeworld, in order to return the injured Klingon. However, in the process a diplomatic incident occurs making relations between the humans and the Klingons a strained one.
03. Fight or Flight 2001-10-03 After boarding an apparently abandoned ship, Archer and crew find the vessels alien crew has been killed and are being drained of bodily fluids. When two vessels appear, carrying the race that killed the alien crew, and others of the race that was killed, it is up to Archer and crew to find a way to communicate with the two races to prevent the distruction of the Enterprise.
04. Strange New World 2001-10-10 After visiting an apparently uninhabited alien planet, the away team is infected by an alien pollen that induces hallucination and paranioa.
05. Unexpected 2001-10-17 Attempting to repair an alien ship caught in the exhaust wake of the Enterprise, Tucker becomes pregnant. When the crew discovers Tucker state, they hunt the alien ship, only to find it in the wake of a Klingon ship, and must barter for their safe return.
06. Terra Nova 2001-10-24 The crew investigates Terra Nova, a legendary Earth colony whose inhabitants mysteriously disappeared decades ago.
07. The Andorian Incident 2001-10-31 A Militant faction of Andorians attack a Vulcan meditation colony, they believe is conceling a long range sensor array used to spy on the Andorians. Enterprise just happens to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.
08. Breaking The Ice 2001-11-07 While Archer attempts to rescue two crewman, stranded on a disintegrating comet, Trip learns that T'Pol has been secretly sending messages to a Vulcun ship that has been following Enterprise for weeks.
09. Civilization 2001-11-14 Attempting to study an alien civilization techonologically similar to 19th century Earth, the away team are drawn into a local mystery that has already taken several local lives.
10. Fortunate Son 2001-11-21 The Enterprise aids a human freight vessel attacked by alien pirates.
11. Cold Front 2001-11-28 Archer encounters Silik, his Suliban nemesis, when he invites alien tourists aboard the ship.
12. Silent Enemy 2001-11-21 Returning to Jupiter, The Enterprise must defend itself against an unknown alien vessel that is following them, and will not respond to hails.
13. Dear Doctor 2002-01-23 Dr. Phlox declines to help an alien race due to his ethical beliefs.
14. Sleeping Dogs 2002-01-30 A Klingon Raptor-class scout ship is found drifting on the edge of a gas giant. Archer decides to board the ship, and finds all but one of the crew unconsious and infected by a virus. Attempts to aid the crew are hindered by the unaffected Klingon.
15. Shadows of P'Jem 2002-02-06 Caught in the middle of a civil war, Archer is captured and taken as a hostage. Shran returns to make good on his promise to repay his debt to Archer, by helping rescue him.
16. Shuttlepod One 2002-02-13 A malfunction strands Trip and Reed on the shuttle and adrift in an asteroid field.
17. Fusion 2002-02-27 The crew welcomes aboard Vulcans who are eager to experience new emotions.
18. Rogue Planet 2002-03-20 Arriving on an alien planet, Archer, T'Pol, Trip and Reed encounter a people known as the Eska, a race for whom hunting animals is an important part of the their society.
19. Acquisition 2002-03-27 The Enterprise is captured by pirates. Able to avoid the intruders, Trip tries to take back the ship.
20. Oasis 2002-04-03 The crew encounters apparitions while exploring a ship that crashed on a desolate planet.
21. Detained 2002-04-24 Archer and Mayweather are captured by aliens when they accidentily enter a military zone.
22. Vox Sola 2002-05-01 A strange alien creature boards Enterprise and captures some of the crew, including Archer and Trip. After cocooning them, the creature begins to feed off their bodies to survive. Hoshi must find a way to persuade the alien to return to its home planet.
23. Fallen Hero 2002-05-08 The Enterprise is sent to the planet Mazar to pick up a Vulcan ambassador expelled for misconduct.
24. Desert Crossing 2002-05-08 In order to thank them for fixing his ship a alien leader invites Archer and Trip to his desert planet, but the being's true motives soon become known.
25. Two Days and Two Nights 2002-05-15 Finally arriving on the planet of Risa for shore-leave, the crew is left in various states of disarray.
26. Shockwave, Part 1 2002-05-22 After they appear to destory an alien planet they were exploring, Starfleet orders Enterprise to return home. Archer is visited by former crew member Daniels, who traveled through time to warn him that the Suliban are trying to sabotage Enterprise's mission, and the two travel through time to try to thwart the Suliban's plans.

Shockwave, Part 2 2002-09-18 Intent on stopping Archer and Enterprise's mission, the diabolical Suliban take the crew hostage when it is discovered that Archer has mysteriously disappeared off the ship. While stuck in the decimated remains of the 31st century, Archer and Daniels work to find a way to get back to Enterprise; and Daniels worries that the future existence of The Federation may be in jeopardy as a result of his impulsive action to remove Archer from Enterprise, forever changing the course of history.
02. Carbon Creek 2002-09-25 T'Pol tells Archer and Trip a story about her great-grandmother T'Mir and three other Vulcans who made first contact with humans after crash landing in a small Pennsylvania town in the 1950s. T'Pol's story shocks Archer and Trip because her account is much earlier and very different from what history books reported.
03. MineField 2002-10-02 After Reed is pinned to the hull during a spacewalk to defuse a mine, Archer must choose between saving him or obeying an order to leave Romulan airspace immediately.
04. Dead Stop 2001-10-09 The Enterprise docks with a mysterious space station for repairs.
05. A Night in Sickbay 2002-10-16 Archer spends a troubled night in sick bay with his ailing dog after the beagle picks up a deadly virus on an alien planet.
06. Marauders 2002-10-30 Fuel-starved, the Enterprise discovers a mining colony being controlled by Klingon marauders.
07. The Seventh 2002-11-06 T'Pol and Archer embark on a top-secret mission to capture a fugitive who has eluded Vulcan authorities for nearly 20 years.
08. The Communicator 2002-11-13 Returning to a planet to retrieve a communicator Reed and Archer, are captured and face execution.
09. Singularity 2002-11-20 The behavior of crew members becomes increasingly erratic as they perform routine tasks aboard the Enterprise.
10. Vanishing Point 2002-11-27 After using the transporter for the first time, Hoshi experiences eerie events that convince her she is not the same person as before.
11. Precious Cargo 2002-12-11 Trip liberates an exotic-looking alien female, and together they flee her captors.
12. The Catwalk 2001-12-18 The entire crew takes refuge inside a small maintenance shaft for eight days during a radioactive storm.
13. Dawn 2003-01-08 Trip plays a cat-and-mouse game with an alien assailant on a barren moon where the sun will burn them both to a crisp when it rises.
14. Stigma 2003-02-05 After T'Pol contracts a fatal disease, Phlox must consult with uncoperative Vulcan doctors.
15. Cease Fire 2003-02-12 Captain Archer mediates a dispute between Vulcans and Andorians threatening to go to war over a small planet.
16. Future Tense 2003-02-19 While Archer investigates the mystery of a badly damaged vessel containing the body of a human pilot, Enterprise is attacked by the Suliban and Tholians, a strange new race of hostile aliens, who are intent on seizing the enigmatic vessel.
17. Canamar 2003-02-26 Archer and Trip are accused of smuggling and confined aboard a prison ship.
18. The Crossing 2003-04-02 When Enterprise is enveloped by a vast alien vessel filled with a species that appear only as wisps of vapor, these non-corporeal alien beings capture Enterprise and take form by invading various crew members' bodies to learn more about the humans, or so they say. In an attempt to get back control of Enterprise and to have his crew members' lost souls returned to their appropriate bodies, Archer enlists T'Pol's powers of mind control to determine what the aliens really want.
19. Judgement 2003-04-09 Archer stands trial before the Klingon Tribunal who have charged him with firing on a Klingon warship and providing aid to refugees on the run from the Klingon empire for which the punishment is death. When the prosecution paints a skewed and violent picture of the events in question, Archer challenges his appointed Klingon legal counsel to buck their cruel justice system and let him present his side of the story in the hopes that he will prevail. In the process, Archer learns that Klingons haven’t always been a warrior society and that there are Klingons who want to lead a more peaceful existence.
20. Horizon 2003-04-16 While Enterprise is on its way to investigate a planetary phenomenon near Earth, Mayweather gets a chance to visit his family on their cargo ship, but his homecoming is cut short when the ship is attacked by alien pirates. Meanwhile, aboard Enterprise, T’Pol and Phlox, who are horror-movie novices, are introduced to the unique human experience of watching the black and white version of "Frankenstein" with the rest of the crew.
21. The Breach 2003-04-23 Phlox’s ethics are put to the test when he is asked to treat an injured alien from a species hostile toward his race, the Denobulans. Meanwhile, Trip, Reed and Mayweather are sent to rescue three Denobulan geologists who are trapped on a planet on the brink of war.
22. Cogenitor 2003-04-30 The Enterprise crew encounters a humanoid race called the Vissian, whose mating rituals require three genders to procreate, but when Trip discovers that the "third gender" suffers from extreme discrimination, he takes matters into his own hands. Meanwhile, Captain Archer and the Vissian Captain develop a friendship when they go on an exploration together, and Lt. Reed meets a Vissian woman who wants to spend intimate time with him.
23. Regeneration 2003-05-07 An excavation team on Earth makes an astounding discovery when they uncover a pair of never-seen-before cybernetic aliens (Borg drones) buried in the Arctic Circle. When these aliens mysteriously revive themselves and take off into space in one of the Earth ships, Enterprise is called upon to investigate and stop them. Meanwhile, as Archer and the crew close in on the fleeing aliens, the drones send a signal back to The Collective meaning regardless of what happens in this fight, humans and the Borg are destined to meet again.
24. First Flight 2003-05-14 When Archer learns an old colleague has died, he tells T’Pol the story of how he and this former rival worked together on the first high-warp test flight and saved the NX program from being scrapped.
25. Bounty 2003-05-14 When T’Pol prematurely experiences severe symptoms of Pon Farr, the Vulcan mating cycle in which she has to mate or she will die, she begins to make advances on Phlox and Reed, and the crew is forced to find a way to help her.
26. The Expanse 2003-05-21 When a mysterious and deadly force emerges from the far reaches of the galaxy threatening to destroy all of humanity, Enterprise, the only Earth vessel with the ability and technology to confront this new menace, sets out on its new mission - saving Earth. Meanwhile, T’Pol is given a direct order from the Vulcans and must choose between her duty to her high command and Enterprise. Also, the Klingons, who are bent on destroying Archer, continue their hot pursuit of Enterprise all the way into the expanse, on the chilling season finale of ENTERPRISE.

Season 3

01. The Xindi 2003-09-10   Six weeks into the Delphic Expanse, Captain Archer and his crew learn of a Xindi working at a mining colony, and set out to track him down and gain information about the mysterious antagonistic race.
02. Anomaly 2003-09-17 The mission to find the deadly alien Xindi in the feared Delphic Expanse, a Bermuda Triangle-like area of the galaxy, takes a grim turn after Enterprise is crippled by waves of inexplicable, destructive anomalies that distort the laws of physics. With systems down, Ventaxian pirates board and raid valuable supplies from Enterprise. The crew captures one of the alien marauders and a determined Archer takes drastic steps in interrogating their prisoner in order to recapture the ship's stolen supplies, weapons and fuel. When their lead takes them to the Ventaxian base, the crew discovers some tantalizing clues about the Xindi attack on Earth.
03. Extinction 2003-09-24 Their on-going quest for the Xindi leads the Enterprise crew to a tropical alien world where Archer, Reed and Hoshi are exposed to a highly contagious virus that transforms their bodies and minds into those of the long extinct alien inhabitants of the planet. Dr. Phlox rushes to find a vaccine for the virus while Trip and T'Pol negotiate with another race of aliens whose mission is to contain the virus to the planet's surface and destroy any life-forms that come in contact with it.
04. Rajiin 2003-10-01 A slave girl, Rajiin, uses her mental powers on the crew to steal information on humans for her Xindi overlords; Trip and T'Pol attempt to insulate the ship from further destruction from a physical phenomenon.
05. Impulse 2003-10-08 Boarding a damaged Vulcan vessel adrift in an asteroid field, Archer and his team discover that the remaining crew have mutated into violent, zombie-like creatures, and when T'Pol begins to succumb to the mutation, the crew must fight their way out before they lose T'Pol forever. Unaware of their shipmates' peril, Mayweather and Trip take a shuttle and attempt to mine one of the bigger asteroids of a protective ore to insulate the ship.
06. Exile 2003-10-15 A powerful telepath makes contact with Hoshi and offers to help Enterprise find the Xindi ... for a price."
07. The Shipment 2003-10-29 After infiltrating a Xindi-Sloth plant that synthesizes vital explosive materials for the Xindi super-weapon, Archer, Reed and MACO Major Hayes capture and interrogate the plant foreman, Gralik, who upon learning of the Xindi council's attack on Earth, establishes an uneasy alliance with Archer as the final elements of the weapon are due for delivery.
08. Twilight 2003-11-05 After an accident on Enterprise, Archer loses his short-term memory and begins to wake up every day not remembering anything from the day before, and despite the crew's best efforts to keep him involved in decisions, it becomes clear over time that they can't continue to function in this manner, leading T'Pol to become his caretaker and Trip to take command of the ship.
09. North Star 2003-11-12 After finding thousands of humans on a distant planet living in a town seemingly straight out of the Old West, Archer gets embroiled in a dangerous cultural conflict once he discovers that the humans are systematically oppressing the alien race that originally brought them to the world. Meanwhile, T'Pol and Trip go undercover as townsfolk in an attempt solve the mystery of how these humans originally arrived in the Delphic Expanse and how they overthrew their alien oppressors.
10. Similitude 2003-11-19 After an engineering room accident leaves Trip severely injured, Dr. Phlox attempts to save the chief engineer by creating a clone of him named Sim-Trip, who surprises the crew with his accelerated growth from baby to adult and detailed memories of the real Trip's life. Meanwhile, the accident has left Enterprise disabled and adrift inside a destructive space cloud, so while Sim-Trip grows, the crew attempts to free the ship before they are stranded forever.
11. Carpenter Street 2003-11-26 The mysterious time-traveling crewman Daniels appears on Enterprise and enables Archer and T'Pol to follow three Xindi-Reptilians back in time to downtown Detroit, 2004 to stop the agents. Using 22nd Century technology, Archer and T'Pol easily track the Xindi agents down to an abandoned factory, and learn that a local medical worker is helping the aliens complete a biological weapon that could destroy all human life.
12. Chosen Realm 2004-01-14 An Andorian ship led by Commander Shran arrives in the Delphic Expanse to help Enterprise hone in on the Xindi superweapon.
13. Proving Ground 2004-01-21 An Andorian ship led by Commander Shran arrives in the Delphic Expanse to help Enterprise hone in on the Xindi superweapon.
14. Stratagem 2004-02-04 Archer finds himself face-to-face with Degra, the designer of the Xindi superweapon, and tries to trick him into revealing its location.
15. Harbinger 2004-02-11 A dying alien refuses to disclose his motives for exploring a spatial anomaly while Reed quarrels with a colleague over a revamped set of training drills.
16. Doctor's Orders 2004-02-18 Phlox puts the crew in comas to keep them alive when Enterprise encounters a trans-dimensional anomaly.
17. Hatchery 2004-02-25 Archer tries to save the offspring of a group of Xindi Insectoids when he discovers their crashed ship on a barren planet.
18. Azati Prime 2004-03-03 Upon discovering the Xindi weapon underwater on an ocean planet, Archer decides to go on a suicide mission to destroy it.
19. Damage 2004-04-21 The Enterprise, badly damaged in an encounter with the Xindi, finds a new ally in the Illyians; T'Pol reveals a secret.
20. The Forgotten 2004-04-28 Two high-ranking Xindi offer to stop the launch of their superweapon if Archer can prove they've been manipulated. Meanwhile, the crew mourns their lost mates.
21. 2004-05-05 An attempt to use a Xindi subspace corridor leads Enterprise to a bizarre encounter with another Starfleet ship.
22. The Council 2004-03-03 Archer confronts the Xindi Council.
23. Countdown 2004-05-19 Archer and the Xindi plot to destroy the Xindi weapon possessed by the Earth-hating Reptilians, who try to brainwash Sato into deciphering its launch code.
24. Zero Hour 2004-05-26 With Earth in sight, Archer, Hoshi, Reed and a small team race to intercept the charging superweapon, sneak past the Xindi Reptilian onboard and disarm it from within, but while the gambit could save humanity, it may cost Archer his life. Back in the Delphic Expanse, T'Pol and Enterprise attempt to obliterate a key Sphere in the region before the furious Sphere Builders tear the ship apart and the region's degenerative effects kill the crew.

04. Borderland 2004-10-29   When genetic supermen left over from the Eugenics Wars hijack a Klingon ship, Archer must rely on their creator, the criminal Dr. Arik Soong, to help hunt them down.
05. Cold Station 12 2004-11-05   Arik Soong leads his band of Augments to a medical facility where hundreds of genetically enhanced embryos are still stored, intending to retrieve them and bring them to life.

07. The Forge 2004-11-19   Earth's embassy on Vulcan is bombed, and the ensuing investigation puts Archer and T'Pol on the trail of a Vulcan religious faction hiding in a treacherous desert.
08. Awakening 2004-11-26   Archer and T'Pol encounter the Syrrannites, a radical group hiding in the Vulcan desert, while the NX-01 crew contends with Vulcan power ploys.
09. Kir'Shara 2004-12-03   Archer, T'Pol and T'Pau attempt to bring the Kir'Shara - an artifact believed to contain Surak's original writings to the Vulcan capital, as the NX-01 gets involved in a Vulcan-Andorian military clash.
